Cochran) Transcriber Notes Is Annie Mouse nee Fencer actually Annie Cochran’s daughter? According to this miller application, she is not. However I have found in the ‘Cherokee by Blood’ books that Annie Fencer is listed as niece to Susan Cochran, which she lists as her mother. Here I see she claims through Annie Cochran, instead of through Susan Cochran. This miller application still does not make it clear why her maiden name is Fencer.
