The Court of Claims in its order of June 10, 1909, has directed that all exceptions to my report shall be forwarded to the Clerk of the Court of Claims, Washington, D. C., to be filed in the Court on or before the 30th day of August, 1909. The Court has further ordered that all exceptions to my report shall be set down for hearing before the Court on the third Monday of October, 1909. Until these exceptions have been acted upon by the Court no money will be distributed. Please retain this circular and present it at the payment.
