   HAILEY
   Everett Franklin "Bubbie" HAILEY, 35, of Dewey, died August 28 at the
   Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Muskogee. Services were
   held November 3, in the Veteran's Adminstration Medical Center Chapel
   at Muskogee.
   He was born October 1, 1954, in Nowata County, to Everett D. HAILEY
   and the former Zelpha C. MAIDEN.
