Services were held in the Torbert Funeral Home in Dover. He was born June 30, 1940 in Tahlequah, to Helen Rech and Floyd HALFACRE. Survivors include his wife, Nancy, of the home; a stepson, Billie, of the home; a daughter, Teresa of Del.; a son, Michael, stationed in Turkey; his mother, Helen; a sister, Bobbie, Tulsa; a brother, Daniel, Texas; and five grandchildren.
