Services were held January 11 in the Hart Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Skip HANVEY and Rev. Claude MCGEE officiating. He was born March 29, 1945 in Chewey to Lee and Lillian NIBLACK KELLEY. Survivors include: his wife, Charlene, of the home; one daughter, Candes; one son, Anthony; his mother, Lillian; four brothers, Maynard and Chester, of Okla., Bobby of Ark., and Roger of Wash.; and one sister Patricia of Wash.
