Services were held November 13, in the Stokes Mission in Sequoyah County with William SMITH officiating. He was born April 5, 1962 in Sequoyah County, to Tom and Mary Ann STARR SMITH. Survivors include his wife, Wynema, of the home; a daughter, Wanda; a brother, R.B, all of Okla.; and three granddaughters, Charla, Crystal and Chelli.
