Kelley, W.W. Parker, W.E. Catlin, A.L. McPherson, David L. Wright, John C. Robison, and myself under my charge, to the Cheyenne and Arapahoe Tribes of Indians residing in the Cheyenne and Arapahoe Reservation, Oklahoma Territory, is correct, that each of the persons therein named is entitled to the lands allotted to them and that the same were selected in accordance with the provisions of a Treaty ratified by Congress March 3, 1891 and under the instructions of the Commissioner of Indian Affairs approved by the Acting Secretary of the Interior. /S/ Marine D. Tackett in charge of the Special Agents Kelley, Parker, Catlin, McPherson, Wright, and Robison under instructions from this Office dated April 29th, 1891, and approved by the Department is respectfully submitted to the Secretary of the Interior with the recommendation that he approve the Allotments therein described and cause patents to issue therefor in the names of the allottees as provided in the 5th section of the Act of Congress approved February 8th, 1887, (24 Stats. 388) /S/ T.J.
