N. met in the town of Skullyville on the 4th day of February AD 1889 it being the time and place prested by law for holding said Court and on account of said Court house having been burned down court was held in D Loy's office in Said town. The Hon John Taylor County judge present and presiding. James Darniat Sheriff and E. W. Sauuin(?) Clerk all present. Court was Solemnly proclaimed by Said Sheriff and is now ready for business and among other matters and things the following were had ----Order by Court It is ordered by the Court that a reward of $100.00 be and is hereby offered by the Co. of Skullyville on evidence that will cause the conviction of the Party or Parties who on the night of Jan 30th 1889 burned the county Court hose of this County. And that Notice of this reward be included in the Fort Smith El____ and that the reward be posted up in various places in this Co. The reward to be paid by Skullyville County to the party furnishing the Evidence above mentioned in addition to the fee allowed by law ----- There being no further business before the Court, the minutes ____ ____ and approved and County now stands adjourned until the 1st Monday in March AD 1889 Attest E.
