...County Court of Skullyville County C.N. Met in the town of Skullyville on the
1st Monday in July being the 7th day of the month And the time and place
presented by law for holding Said Court.  The Hon Jno Taylor Co. Judge Present
and Presiding.  James Darniat(?) Sheriff and E W. Lann___ all Present, Court was
Solemnly proclaimed in session by Said Sheriff and is now ready for business.
And among other matters and thing the following were had "____"

     On motion of C. B. Ward Husband of complainant this Papers in these cases
are withdrawn.  Motion being allowed by Court on grounds that this court
