...of Skully ville County C. N. met in the town of Skullyville on the 4th day of
March AD 1889 it being the time and place presented by law for holding of Said
Court and the Hon John Taylor County Judge present and presiding.  James Darniat
Sheriff and E. W. Sannier(?) Clerk all present.  Court Solemnly proclaimed in
session by Said Sheriff and is now ____ for business and among other matters and
things the ____ were had Towit,

D. C. Merryman(?)
VS} Guardianship
James Merryman(?) Deceased ____
     After due consideration of the petition filed by D. C. Merryman(?) for
Guardianship of Francis Merryman Minor Heir of James Marryman Deceased is
granted by the Court upon the filling of a bond by the Said D. C. Merryman for
$1000.00 and that J. W. Leflore, Thomas __fferson and Jessee Hardaway(?) be
approved as appraisors.

Robert Kribbs
VS} Administration
N. F. Kribbs Deceased (Est of)
     After due consideration the Petition of Robert Kribbs for Letters of
Administration on the Estate of N. F. Kribbs Deceased is granted upon the
applicant giving a bond of $3000.00 and that John Merryman, H. Osburn and W. H.
Overstreet (name crossed out looks like M. Burgann) be appointed appraisors of
said Estate.
