Marriage License of Jasper N. Thompson to Annie B. Aimsworth
in Indian Territory, Central District (now known as Choctaw County)  on April 16, 1903.  Signed by Thomas B. Latham, United States Commissioner, Central Dist. Indian Territory.
 
Note at bottom of license:
Note- This License and Certificate of Marriage must be returned to the Office of the Clerk of the United States Court of the Indian Territory, from whence it was issued, within sixty days from the date thereof, or the party to whom the LIcense was issued will be liable in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
 
The ORIGINAL license is still in the family Bible of Annie Aimsworth as of 2002.
