IN THE COUNTY COURT OF SAID COUNTY AND STATE To the Honorable L. P. DAVENPORT Judge of the County of Pushmataha Oklahoma: Come your petitioner RHODA BOHANAN, formerly RHODA FRAZIER, respectfully show to the Court: First. That on or about the 8th day of April 1910 WATSON BOHANAN died intestate, at his home near Nashoba in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. That the deceased at the time of his death was a resident of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, and this Court has jurisdiction in the settlement of the said estate. That deceased at the time of his death was the owner in fee simple of certain real estate located in Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, which said real estate was allotted to him as a full blood Choctaw Indian, and that the said real estate so allotted to him is described as follows, to wit: The South 1/4 of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 20 East. That said deceased appears on the Choctaw Roll by blood, opposite Roll No. 5595 Second. That your petitioner is the widow of said WATSON BOHANAN deceased and is the only heir to his estate except his son SIDNEY BOHANAN. Your petitioner further shows that on the 18th day of January, 1911 in the town of Antlers in Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars cash in hand to her paid by B. F. JOHNSON the receipt of which amount is acknowledged, your petitioner executed and delivered to the said B. F. JOHNSON a certain Warranty Deed, conveying unto the said B. F. JOHNSON an undivided one half interest in and to the real estate above described, in fee simple. That the consideration of the said deed is reasonable, adequate, and in all things satisfactory to your petitioner.. WHEREFORE, the premises considered, your petitioner...prays that this Court enter its order confirming and approving the said conveyance to the said B. F. JOHNSON and in all things to declare the said sale and conveyance legal and valid. The name of RHODA BOHANAN was signed hereto by Wm. STATE OF OKLAHOMA COUNTY OF PUSHMATAHA SS. RHODA BOHANAN being first duly sworn, say that she is the petitioner above named, and that she has read the forgoing petition and know the contents thereof; and that the facts therein set forth are true. THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA COUNTY OF______________ SS. IN THE COUNTY COURT OF SAID COUNTY AND STATE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF_________________________________-DECEASED. ORDER Now on this the 18th day of January 1911 comes RHODA BOHANAN formerly RHODA FRAZIER and files and presents to the Court her petition, praying for an order of the Court approving and confirming a certain deed of conveyance executed by her to B. F. JOHNSON on the 18th day of January 1911 to the following described real estate, to wit: An undivided one half interest in and to SE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 20 East, of the Indian Base and Meridian. And the Court upon consideration of said petition, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that one WATSON BOHANAN, a full-blood Choctaw Indian who appears upon the Roll of Choctaws by blood, opposite Roll No. 5595, and a resident of Pushmataha county, State of Oklahoma, on or about the 8th day of April 1910 died intestate, seized of the lands above described, which said lands were allotted to him by the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations, and conveyed to him by homestead patent, and that the said WATSON BOHANAN was at the time of his death the owner, in fee simple, of the above described lands. And the Court further finds that said Petitioner is the widow of said WATSON BOHANAN, deceased, and is the only heir to his estate except his son SIDNEY BOHANAN. The Court further finds that on the 18th day of January 1911, the said petitioner executed to B. F. JOHNSON, for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars, cash in hand, to her paid, a certain Warranty Deed to the said above described real estate. The Court further finds that the deed was duly signed and acknowledged by the said petitioner., and that the consideration for the said deed is fully paid, and that the same is reasonable, adequate, and wholly satisfactory to the said petitioner and finds further that the said conveyance of the said real estate to the said B. F. JOHNSON should be in all things approved and confirmed. IT IS THEREFORE, BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, That the said conveyance of the said above described lands by Warranty Deed dated the 18th day of January 1911 from the said petitioner to the said B. F. JOHNSON his heirs and assigns, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed, and declared legal and valid.
