No. 25049 ) We hereby petition you for application for citizenship in the Muskogee Nation in accordance with the late laws Enacted by the call session of Council of June 1895. We the petitioners will prove to your Honorable citizenship commisioners on the part of creek blood abond belonging to Broken Arrow Town. We claim to be derived from the following sources, Viz; From the side of the Berryhill and Posey's families who have long since proven or recognized their claim to be the Creek Citizens and have participated in all of the previous Creek payments.
