She died in April 1983. Funeral services were held April 8 at the first Baptist Church with Rev. Jonas PARTRIDGE and Rev. Tom BEAR, Jr., officiating. Pallbearers were Brice McKINNY, Roger BARTON, James DAWSON, Larry MANN, Bobby GREENWOOD, and Bo BEAR. No information was given on the place of interment. She was a retired employee with 31 years service in the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. She was a member of the Many Springs Indian Baptist Church. Her survivors include her husband, Tom BEAR, Jr., of the home; a son, Micotnec BARNETT; a sister and a brother, Lucille GREENWOOD and Everett (no last name given), both of Oklahoma City; and several nieces and nephews.
