She died March 7, 1983, in Okemah. Funeral services were held March 9 at the Honey Creek Methodist Church, where she was a member. Officiating were Rev. Sam HANEY and Rev. Eugene SUNNY. Interment was in the Berryhill family cemetery. Her survivors include her three daughters, Lucille BEAR and Dicey TARYOLA of Henryetta, and Christine HARJO of Oklahoma City; her two sons, Walter Sam BERRYHILL of Oklahoma City, and Elmer BERRYHILL of Wetumka; 34 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.
