   Annie Maude COOK was born March 18, 1899. She died June 14, 1983.
   Funeral services were held June 17, 1983, at the family Chapel in
   Sacramento, CA. Officiating at the service was Fred MASTELLER, the
   organist was Ruth NORTHAM, and the soloist was Princess PUTNEY.
   Interment was at the Mount Vernon Memorial Park. No information was
   given on family or relatives.
