He died July 23, 1980, at the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Services were held at the Hutcha Chuppa Indian Baptist Church in the Dustin-Graham Community. Services were officated by Roley HAYNES. Interment was in the Hutcha Chuppa cemetery. Survivors include his four children, Washington KELLY, Jr. and Richard Lewis KELLY, both of Sapulpa, Eugene KELLY of Henryetta, and Ruby Mae WATSON of the Graham community; one brother, Willie KELLY of Dewar; one sister, Louise WEST of Weleetka; and nine grandchildren.
