She died in July, 1980 (no date given.) Wake services were July 4, 1980, and the funeral was held July 5 both at Newtown Methodist Church. Rev. Roley HAYNES and Harley PANOSKY officiated. Mrs. McIntosh was a member of the Okmulgee Indian Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter Martha MENDOZA of Tulsa, an adopted daughter, Princess White Eagle; sons Bill McINTOSH of Sapulpa and Sam McINTOSH of Tulsa; eighteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
