OK Carrie MORRISON was born July 1, 1887, in Lindale, TX. She died in April, 1983. She would have been 96 on her birthday. A Memorial service was conducted by Rev. Daniel PHILLIPS. Funeral services were held at Little Coweta Church April 20th, 1983, by Rev. Ernest BEST and Rev. Gary HAWKINS. She was preceded in death by her husband Major MORRISON in January of 1971. She is survived by her two sons, Buford MORRISON of Ottawa, KS, John L. MORRISON of Lenna; six daughters, Hettie ROBERTSON of Eufaula, Hattie JONES of Lenna, Lizbeth SPEAR of Dustin, Dortha REED of Lenna, Leora COPELAND of Santa Maria, CA; 22 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great grandchildren.
