No day of birth was given. He died December 11, 1995, at Tulsa Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held December 14 at Carson Baptist Church with Rev. Kenneth ROMINE officiating. Interment was in Carson Cemetery. He graduated from Dustin Public Schools in 1948 and served in he U.S. Army in the late 40s and early 50s. He and his wife travelled but usually kept a home in Oklahoma until returning to Carson in 1980 to live permanently. He was preceded in death by his mother, Blanche Brandon BRUNER, and three brothers, Riley BRUNER, Raymond BRUNER, and Eugene BRUNER. He was married to Otelia Carter BRUNER in 1953 in Clayton, NM. No information was given on whether she was deceased or survived. He was survived by his father, Roman BRUNER of Carson; his son, Kimberley Dean BRUNER of Houston,TX; his daughter, Joan ARMITAGE of Baton Rouge, LA; three grandchildren, Jennifer BRUNER, Ryan BRUNER, and Kristan ARMITAGE; one sister, Lillie MYERS of Chandler, AZ; and other relatives and friends.
