He died December 3, 1995, in Oklahoma City. Wake services were held December 7 followed by funeral services December 8, both held at Hillabee Baptist Church, where he was a member. Officiating the funeral was Rev. Richard CARR. Interment was in Hanna Cemetery. He was a graduate of Jones Academy in 1988. He was preceded in death by his father, George DEERE, and a son, Triston Dean DEERE in 1989. His survivors include his mother, Sally Mitchell DEERE; one brother, George DEERE, Jr., of Kansas City; two sisters, LuAnn MITCHELL and Jennifer DEERE, both of Oklahoma City; and other relatives and friends.
