He died December 5, 1995, in Wetumka. Funeral services were held December 8 at Shurden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry CHESSLER officiating. Interment was in the New Sonora Cemetery. He was a welder by trade and the son of Fred SMITH, deceased and Manie Haynes Smith CONLEY, who survives. He also was survived by his wife, Vanessa SMITH; his daughters, Katie SMITH of Wilson, Chelsea SMITH of Henryetta, and Johnna SMITH of Morris; two brothers, Gerald SMITH and Donald SMITH, both of Dewar; sister, Brenda SMITH of Okmulgee; five nieces, Brandi FISH, Shannon SMITH, Krista SMITH, Kyla SMITH, and Kyliea BAKER; and two nephews, Nathon and Arron SMITH.
