He died May 27, 1997. Funeral services were held May 31 at Big Cussetah Methodist Church. His parents were Lonnie Paul STOUT and Marian LAYTON. He is survived by his mother and stepfather Marian and Brad TURNER of Sapulpa; his father and stepmother, Lonnie and Cindy STOUT of Ohio; two sons, Deshawn and Kenneth STOUT, both of Okmulgee; three sisters, Tonya STOUT of California, Tami WILLIAMS of Sapulpa, and Elizabeth STOUT of Ohio; grandparents Georgia and David LAYTON, Sr. of Okmulgee, and Oleta and Tony LAURCILLE of California; and great-grandmother Maryland WILLIE of Morris.
