He died November 5, 1984, at his home. He was a Army veteran of World War II, and a retired farmer. He lived at Rt. 2, Henryetta. Funeral services were held November 8 at the Timmy Thompson home, south of Salem, with Rev. Roley Haynes officiating. There was no information on the place of interment. Survivors include four brothers, Harbie FRY, Loney FRY, Sarty FRY and Sam FRY, Jr., all of OK; one sister, Bessie FIFE of OK; and several nieces and nephews.
