She was a member of the Silver Springs Baptist Church. Funeral services were conducted at the Shurden Funeral HOme with Rev. Bridge CHUCKLUCK, Jr. officiating. Interment was in the Senora Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe HICKS, on August 1, 1958. Survivors include her four sons, Henry HICKS of Shawnee, George HICKS of Dewar, Houston HICKS of Henryetta, B. R. HICKS of Beggs; two sisters, Sarah HICKS of Castle and Annie BEAR of Okemah; 24 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
