She died February 21, 1986, at her home in Tulsa. Funeral services were held in Carter G. Woodson High School gymnasium, with Ragsdale Funeral Center of Muskogee in charge. Pallbearers were her grandsons. Burial was a Mount Bethel Cemetery near Porter. Survivors include her three daughters, Ruby TIGER and Doretha TIGER, both of Tulsa, and Rose Lee TIGER Kansas City MO; her four sons, Joe TIGER, Richard TIGER, Raymond TIGER and J. G. TIGER, all of Tulsa; and many grandchildren.
