She died February 5, 1988, at Okemah. Funeral services were held February 10 at her home in Hanna. No other information was given on her funeral or interment. Her survivors include her mother, Gladys HARJO of Hanna; her four brothers, Samuel HARJO of Oklahoma City, Phillip HARJO, Nathaniel HARJO and Eugene HARJO, all of Hanna; three sisters, Lillian TIGER of Oklahoma City, Louise HARJO of Davenport, and Esther BILLY of Hanna; and her maternal grandparents, Samuel and Alice JACKSON of Vernon.
