   Creek citizens from across Creek Nation 
   
   SUMKA
   Ladonna Faith Sumka was born March 22, 1972, in Henryetta. She died
   August 9, 1989, in a Tulsa hospital. Funeral services were held August
   12 at Calvary Faith Church in Henryetta with Rev. Joe GRAYSON
   officiating, assisted by Rev. George POLECAT. Interment was in the
   Sumka Cemetery.
   She is survived by a son, Byron Dewayne VANN of the home; her mother,
   Doris SUMKA of the home; one brother, Leonard Sumka of the home;
   grandparents Ben and Lucille SUMKA of Henryetta; and several aunts ad
   uncles.
