He died February 11, 1988, at Muskogee Regional Medical Center. He was a Bio-Med Tech at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Muskogee. Funeral services were held February 13 at the First Baptist Church in Checotah with Rev. Thompson BILLY officiating. Pallbearers were Don PEEL, Jerry HAMON, Verbon WILLIAMS, Ronnie ELLER, Gene JONES, and Jesse RHODES. Honorary pallbearers were Kermit WILLIAMS, Calvin MOORE and Steve GROSS. No information was given on his interment. He was survived by his wife, Pamela J. Hill WILLIAMS of the home; three children, Brett WILLIAMS, Brent WILLIAMS, and Brigett WILLIAMS, all of the home; his father, Bennie H. WILLIAMS of Muskogee; his mother, Christine W. MEAD of Oktaha; grandparents, John and Lula GOINES of Onapa; four brothers, Bennie R WILLIAMS of Muskogee, Garry WILLIAMS of Oktaha, Ronnie WILLIAMS of Muskogee, and Tom CROFTCHEK of Keefeton; two sisters, Beverly WILLIAMS of Tahlequah, and Phyllis WILLIAMS of Muskogee; and his mother and father-in-law, Gene and Joan HILL of Oktaha.
