   BURGESS
   HENRYETTA - Ricky Lee BURGESS was born May 16, 1949, in Sapulpa. He
   died May 17, 1990, at Henryetta Medical Center. Funeral services were
   held May 19 at Little Cussetah Church with Rev. George CHRISTY
   officiating. Pallbearers were Lonnie CHRISTY, Elmer BURGESS, Tom
   COLLIER, and Dan SHERWOOD. Burial was in the Salt Ceek Cemetery near
   Wilson.
   He was a self-employed carpenter. His parents were Hughes and Artie
   BURGESS, who both survive.  Other survivors include his wife, Mary
   BURGESS, of the home; and a sister, Beverly HUGHES of Sapulpa.
