He died August 26, 1990, at Sparks Memorial Hospital in Ft. Smith, AR. Wake services were held August 28 followed by funeral services August 29 (at Little Cussetah Baptist Church, where he was a member). Officiating the funeral was Rev.Willis KNIGHT. Pallbearers were Warren BEMO, Anthony COLUMBUS, Mike COLUMBUS, Ronald HILL, Russell HILL, and Calvin JAMES. Interment was at the Cussetah Cemetery. He attended Sapulpa High School and Haskell Junior College in Lawrence, KS. He was employed by Bartlett Memorial Medical Center. His survivors include his parents, Herbert and Martha Wilson FOX of Sapulpa; brothers Mark FOX of Kellyville, Steve FOX, Micah FOX, David FOX and Phillip FOX, all of Sapulpa, and Adam FOX of Wagoner.
