She died April 20, 1990, at the Creek Community Hospital in Okemah. A song service was held April 22 at Artussee Indian Baptist Church, where she was a member. Funeral services followed on April 23, also at the church, officiated by Rev. Bunny SOWEKA and Rev. Ammons BEAN. Pallbearers were Daniel BILLY, Buddy LINDSEY, Cleo CLOUD, Johnny BILLY, Johnny “Tuffy” BILLY, and Zerndorf BILLY. Burial was in the Artusse Cemetery. She was the daughter of Billy and Martha Jones BILLY, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy FRANCIS in 1971. Her survivors include her two sons, Ronald HOLUBY of Edmond and Jimmy BILLY of Washington; her three daughters, Peggy HOLUBY of Eufaula, Sandra FOWLER of Weleetka and Leah CLOUD, both of Arlington, TX; two brothers, Thompson BILLY and Robert JONES of Muskogee; and 13 grandchildren.
