NEAL was born January 7, 1921, in Haskell. She died November 24, 1990, at St.Francis Medical Center in Tulsa. Funeral services were held November 28 at Concharty United Methodist Church, where she was a member. Officiating were Rev. Newman FRANK, Sr., and Rev. George MILLER. Burial was in the Haskell Cemetery. She was the daughter of Lewis and Ella ISAAC, both deceased. Also preceding her in death were her husband, John L. NEIL; her son John L. NEIL, Jr.; and one sister. Her survivors include her sons, Quinton NEAL of Okmulgee, Raymond NEAL of Coweta, Albert NEAL, Dean NEAL and Richard NEAL of Haskell; her five daughters, Ruth KING and Reda REDDICK, both of Haskell, Mary SCHUMACHER of Chickasha, Loretta RIDLEY of Cyril, and Dorothy CREEK of Coweta; one sister, Nancy RABY of Okmulgee; 19 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
