He died September 8, 1991, at his home in Sapulpa. Funeral services were held at Little Cussetah Baptist Church, where he was a member and a deacon. Officiating the services was Rev. Willis KNIGHT. Burial was in the Long Family Cemetery. He had lived in Sapulpa all his life and was retired from the Riley Southwest Corp. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Angie Bucktrot WATASHE. His survivors include his wife, Annie WATASHE; stepson Larry LONG of Sapulpa; brothers, Ernest WATASHE of Glenpool, and Joe WATASHE of Sapulpa; and sisters Marie JACK of Sapulpa, and Mary Ann CROOK of Coweta.
