He died December 2, 1991, at the Creek Nation Community Hospital. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Walter McGIRT and Robert BAKER at Arbeka Methodist Church, where he was a member. Interment was in the Arbeka Cemetery. He was a retired carpenter and the son of Tingo and Amanda Jones FRANK, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Ella GEBOE; two brothers, William FRANK and Joe FRANK; and one son, Henry FRANK, Jr. His survivors include one son, Norman FRANK of San Diego, CA; two brothers, John L. FRANK and Cornelius FRANK, both of Okemah; a sister, Lucille LeCLAIR of Bristow; six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
