He died January 18, 1992, in Oklahoma City. Funeral services were held January 21 at the residence of Nancy HILL in rural Depew. A military service was conducted by U.S. Air Force members. Interment was in the Hill Family Cemetery. He was a retired U.S. Air Force Technical Sargeant, having served from 1971 through 1991 and received numerous commendations and awards. Preceding him in death was his father, Grover William HILL, Sr.. His survivors include his wife, Patricia HILL of rural Depew; a son, Toby William HILL of the home; two brothers, Johnson PROCTOR of Bristow, and Felix HILL of Tulsa; two sisters, Leola WEST of Depew, and Arney PROCTOR of Bristow.
