He died July 17, 1992, in Tahlequah. Funeral services were held July 27 in the Wacoche Dining Hall of Bacone College, Muskogee. No other information was given on the funeral services or place of interment. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force from 1946 to 1949. He attended Washington State University, Bacone College, Northeastern State University, and Oklahoma State University Technical School. He was active in sports, excelling in baseball, softball, and boxing, as well as attaining all-star recognition in basketball. He started the first women’s fast pitch league in Muskogee. He was formerly employed as an electrician at Creek Nation. He was a member of Bacone College Baptist Church where he was the choir director, deacon, and adult Sunday school teacher. He was the son of James Albert and Ada Littlehead SEBER, both deceased. Also preceding him in death were his daughter, Sandra J. SISCO; and his grandchildren Dennis R, SISCO, Jr. and Sandy Carol BEACH. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ataboa SPINKS, of the home; his son, John Edward SEBER of Joplin, MO; his three daughters, Alice BEACH and Lori MULLICAN, both of Muskogee, and Judy BAILEY of Wann; one brother, Nelson SEBER of Norman; five sisters, Lester McINTOSH and Edna BROWN, both of Sapulpa, Ester LITTLEBEAR of Norman, Leona ALSUP of Jenks, and Nina GIBSON of Bixby; and eleven grandchildren.
