FRANK was born July 8, 1910, in Okemah. He died February 12, 1993. Funeral services were held February 15 at Arbeka United Indian Methodist Church, with Rev. Walter McGIRT and Rev. Joe LOWE, Jr., officiating. No information was given on his interment. Preceding him in death were his wife, Nancy Chupco FRANK; three brothers, Joe FRANK, Henry FRANK, and William FRANK; and two sisters, Ella FRANK and Nora FRANK. He is survived by two sons, Robert FRANK of Oklahoma City, and Ron FRANK of Shawnee; four daughters, Mary YBARRA of Omaha, NB, Darlene TARYOLE of Okmulgee, Michele BILLIE of Tulsa, and Janine BOND of Ada; one brother, Cornelius FRANK of Okemah; one sister, Lucille LeCLAIR of Bristow; eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
