   PASCHAL
   Whiteville, NC - Jerry PASCHAL, 61, (born approximately 1932) died
   February 10, 1993, at his home in Whiteville, NC.  No information was
   given on his date or place of birth.  Funeral services were held
   Februrary 12 at the Whiteville United Methodist Church with Dr. Homer
   MORRIS officiating.  Interment was in the Whiteville Memorial
   Cemetery.
   He was the superintendent of the Whiteville Public School system and
   had been named superintendent of the year by the North Carolina School
   Boards Association.  He was a member of the Lions Club, the Mental
   Health Association, the National Education Association, and former
   president of the North Carolina Educators' Association.  He was also a
   member of the Tuskegee Baptist Church (in Oklahoma?)
   He is survived by his wife, Patricia PASCHAL; a daughter, Joan MABRY
   of Shelby, NC; a son, Art PASCHAL of Whiteville and Edna PASCHAL of
   Glendon, NC; and five grandchildren.
