She died November 11, 1993, in Tulsa. Wake services were held November 14, followed by funeral services November 15 at Weogufkee Baptist Church, where she was a member. Officiating was Rev. James COLBERT. Interment was in Weogufkee Cemetery. She was a homemaker. In addition to her church membership, she was a member of the Muscogee-Seminole-Wichita Baptist Association. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andy PROCTOR, a son, Bill PROCTOR, and two infant children. She was survived by sons, Luster PROCTOR of Hanna, and Andrew PROCTOR of Broken Arrow; daughters Minnie PROCTOR, Liza PROCTOR, and Lula TANSEY, all of Tulsa, Linda McCOY of Sallisaw, and Ella PROCTOR of Hanna; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
