He died January 16, 1994, at his Nashville home. Funeral services were held at Priest Lake Presbyterian Church in Nashville, TN. No information was given on the place of interment. He lived most of his life in Texas and graduated from the University of Corpus Christi, was employed with American Airlines, and most recently worked as a customer service supervisor at their Nashville facility. He was descended from the last federally appointed chief of the Muscogee Nation, Waldo E. “Dode” McINTOSH, and was the nephew of the then current McIntosh District representative, Yahola Townsend. His survivors include his wife, Kay BALDRIDGE of the home; his parents, William M. and LaHoma CAMPBELL of Hurst, TX; two daughters, Christi VRAZEL of San Antonio, TX, and Shari FERPES of Brighton, Michigan; a brother, James CAMPBELL of Victoria, TX; a sister, Diana TAYLOR of Hurst, TX; and six grandchildren.
