She died February 16, 1994, in Amarillo. Funeral services were held at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. No date of services were given. She was raised on the Hopi Reservation, Second Mesa, AZ, and graduated from Arizona State University. She was a pianist with the Amarillo Symphony and an accompanist for the Amarillo Civic Ballet. Her survivors include her son, James FORNARO of Baltimore, MD.
