No information was given on her age, date or place of birth, or date and place of death. Funeral services were held July 1, 1994, at Thewarle Baptist Church with Rev. EASTMAN and Eugene WHITLOW officiating. Pallbearers were Frank BELCHER, Berlyn WEFER, Jeff BYINGTON, Jerry SUMKA, and Brian FIFE. Honorary pallbearers were Jack ROBERTSON, Phillip COON, George ROFTIS, Barton LOONEY, and George GRAY. Interment was in New Sonora Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Josey FIFE, whom she married in 1945,and her son, Joey FIFE. She was survived by her daughters, Anna J. WEFNER and Frances BELCHER, both of Sapulpa; her other sons, Jim FIFE of Sapulpa, and Richard “Tuskee” PHILLIPS of Tulsa; brother, William WEST of Bowlegs; sister, Nora WEST of Henryetta; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
