He died August 28, 1994 at his home. Funeral services were held August 31 at Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David SHATWELL officiating. Pallbearers were Sheldon FRANK, Mike KHODADIAN, Carson THOMASON, David THOMASON, James WHITE, and Nelson WINTERS. Pallbearers were Sheldon FRANK, Mike KHODADIAN, Carson THOMASON, David THOMASON, James WHITE, and Nelson WINTERS. Honorary pallbearers were Franklin LOWE and Sam REMIS. Interment was in the Gaylor-Wolf Family Cemetery. He was a laboratory technician and director of radiology at Creek Nation Community Hospital. He attended the United Pentecostal Church, Okemah. His survivors include his parents, Clarence and Emma Wolf GAYLOR, of Wewoka; two brothers, Kenneth GAYLOR and Larry GAYLOR, both of Wewoka; and companion, Monte J. THOMASON of Okemah.
