RANDALL was born September 9, 1958, in Tulsa. He died January 13, 1994, in the Veterans Hospital in Oklahoma City. A wake service was held January 16 with funeral services following January 17 at Arbeka Baptist Church, where he was a member. Rev. John LOWE and Christopher HARJO officiated the funeral service. Pallbearers were Wilbert LOWE, Jacob LOWE, Rick POWELL, Freeland POWELL, David HALE, and Rusty POWELL. He was a truck mechanic and had served his military service in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was the son of Willie C. and Mary Little RANDALL. His survivors include his mother, his father and his stepmother, Vena RANDALL, all of Okmulgee; his children, Stephanie RANDALL and Jeremy RANDALL, both of Lonoke, AR; brothers Ronnie RANDALL and Donnie RANDALL, both of Tulsa; sisters, Diane RANDALL of Okmulgee, Sonja RANDALL of Okemah, and Wilma RANDALL of Tulsa.
