She died March 21, 1994, at McAlester General Hospital. Funeral services were held March 24 at Arbeka Baptist Church, where she was a member. Rev. John LOWE and Rev. Robert WASHINGTON officiated the service. Interment was in the Arbeka Cemetery. She married Richard WATASHE in 1971. He survives. She is also survived by her father, Charlie COSAR of Seminole; her five daughters, Erin WATASHE, Renae WATASHE, Sophroma WATASHE, Cynthia WATASHE, and Athena WATASHE, all of Glenpool; a brother, Freeland Butch POWELL of Tulsa; a sister, Rita ANDERSON of Tulsa; and two grandchildren.
