BIBLE was born May 19, 1921, in Tulsa. She died June 2, 1995, at Hillcrest Medical Center. Funeral services were held June 7 at Haikey Chapel United Methodist Church, where she was a member. Rev. John LOWE officiated and Rev. George Miller and Rev. David WILDE assisted. Pallbearers were Kenneth LOWE, David L. BIBLE, Ken CHILDERS, Rick WILDE, Robert Foxxy MILLER, and John WILSON. Honorary pallbearers were Geronimo ALEXANDER, Joe WASHINGTON, John JOHNSON, Jack SPRADLING, and Kyle TAYLOR. She attended Coweta schools and was employed at Oral Roberts University. she was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Lydia McKellop MALONE; and her husband, Dave BIBLE, whom she married in 1952 at Holdenville. Her survivors include her son and his wife, Billy Joe and Janice REED of Ft. Gibson; a sister, Velva Stout FARMER of Glenpool; two brothers, Sam W. CHISOLM of Taos, NM, and Andy CHISOLM of Tulsa; three stepdaughters, Kathryn JONES of Tulsa, Lucille MILLER of Ponca City, and Shirley THOMAS of Okmulgee; two stepsons, David E. BIBLE of Tulsa, and Robert BIBLE of Coweta; 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
