He died August 8, 1995, in Tulsa. Funeral services were held August 11 at Shurden Chapel with Rev. Jack VANCE officiating. Pallbearers were Robert EVANS, Billy BROWN, Nip ROGERS, Ronnie BARTOLINA, Tommy YATES, and Keith PALMER. Honorary pallbearers were Kenny POWDERS, Bill GRAHAM, Bunnie CARTER and Rock GAHM. No information was given on the place of interment. He was a radiographer and a member of the American Legion and the International Union of Operating Engineers. He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie GREEN; an infant daughter, Connie GREEN; and an infant son, Scott GREEN. His survivors include his mother, Juanita Taber GREEN of Henryetta; his children Angela GREEN, Michael GREEN, Robert GREEN, and Steven GREEN, all of Tulsa; three sisters, Jeannette FEDEN of Norman, Paulette ROGERS of Henryetta, and Kay BERRYHILL of Broken Arrow; and five grandchildren.
