GIBSON - Alice A. LOGAN was born July 9, 1911, near Haskell. She died July 8, 1995, in Muskogee. Funeral services were held July 11 at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery with Father Max BERRY officiating. She was a registered nurse and served during World War II in the U.S. Army as a second lieutenant, returning to live and work in the Haskell area. She was preceded in death by her parents, Headright and Martha Ellen Reagan MOORE; and her husband, Amos D. LOGAN. She is survived by her son George LOGAN of Kinross, Michigan; her daughter, Violet Ellen CARRICK of Brimley, Michigan; one sister, Winnie HORNETT of Tahlequah; eight grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
