He died November 29, 1994, in Sapulpa. Funeral services were held December 2 at the First Christian Church in Okmulgee with Rev. Bunny HILL officiating. Burial was in the Barnett Family Cemetery. He was a resident of Okmulgee and employed by Creek Nation Bingo. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Robert LANDSBERRY and Charles LANDSBERRY. He is survived by his parents, Jack and Gladys Albert LANDSBERRY; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Alvin LANDSBERRY of the home, Barney INGRAM of Okmulgee, Steven and Wayna LANDSBERRY of Henryetta, and Jack and Toni LANDSBERRY of Okmulgee; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Mary TAYLOR of Okmulgee, Helen and James LEE of Tulsa, and Linda and Richard SCHMUCK of Spiro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
